Aluminized aprons made with Para Aramid blend (fiberglass and Kevlar® or equivalent) material provide good abrasions resistance. Most aluminized garments are made-to-order. Please inquire for a quote for larger quantities.
These aluminized aprons provide higher than average abrasion resistance and can withstand contact temperatures of 400-600 degrees F for short duration of time. It provides radiant heat protection from up to 2000 degrees F radiant heat for the covered body parts.
This apron from Chicago Protective Apparel (CPA) is available in a variety of lenths:
- 530-AKV is the 30”x24” apron (custom order only, MOQ applies)
- 536-AKV is 36”x24”
