* SW-401-20 - standard size is 18 inches in circumference
* SW-401-20-XL - adds 2 inches for a total of 20 inches in circumference
* SW-401-20-2XL - adds 4 inches for a total of 22 inches in circumference
* SW-401-20-3XL - adds 6 inches for a total of 24 inches in circumference</p>
