Chicago Protective Apparel 174-AKV Aluminized Para Aramid Blend High Heat Mitten - 19oz

These high heat aluminized mittens are feature a 19 ounce layer of aluminized para aramid blend material consisting of fiberglass and Para Aramid (Kevlar® or equivalent). This blend of materials helps increase the abrasion resistance and strength of these mitts while still keeping the high temperature resistance of the fiberglass. Aluminized Para Aramid blend mitts from Chicago Protective Apparel can withstand radiant heat up to 2000 degrees F and shed molten splashes well while providing good abrasion resistance and dexterity.
