The Velvet Shield heavy duty welding blankets are capable of resisting sparks, spatter and slag and are able to withstand temperatures of 1800° F. This soft, lightweight and flexible fabric is the toughest welding blanket material we offer, capable of handling almost anything you can throw at it.
