This aluminized over hood is designed to be worn over a hard cap and provides excellent protection from radiant heat. Not recommended for areas exposed to heavy molten splash but provides maximum peripheral vision. 40% greater peripheral view than standard 7” x 11” hoods. Aluminized PBI over hoods are durable, flexible and light, thanks to their thin and strong 7 ounce fabric.
